Compressed Air Filters – Clean Air for Smooth Operations

Compressed air may look clean, but in reality, it contains dust particles, oil mist, and oil vapour. If these contaminants are not properly removed, they can slowly damage equipment, increase maintenance costs, and affect the quality of your final product.

That’s why a proper stage-wise filtration system is important. One single filter is not enough — each stage plays a specific role in delivering clean and safe compressed air. At Universal Equipments, we provide a four-stage filtration system designed for practical industrial performance.

Pre Filter – 5 Micron

The Pre Filter acts as the first line of protection. It removes larger dust particles and bulk contaminants from compressed air.

By handling heavier particles at the beginning, it protects downstream filters and improves overall system life.

Oil Removal / Carbon Filter – 3 Micron

This stage removes fine oil mist and smaller particles present in compressed air.

When equipped with activated carbon, it also removes oil vapour and odour using adsorption. This ensures cleaner air for tools, machinery, and sensitive applications.

After Filter – 1 Micron

Installed as the final stage, the After Filter removes any remaining fine dust particles after the drying process.

It ensures that only clean, filtered air reaches the end-use equipment.

Micro Filter – 0.01 Micron

Even the smallest oil particles and fine impurities (up to 0.01 micron) are effectively removed, helping your machines run smoother, stay protected, and deliver consistent performance without unexpected breakdowns
